Yea, thats what happened in a local theatre turned multiplex in Mumbai on a sunday night. Around 300 movie-lovers became restless aftr the power wasn’t restored for a long time. The multiplex was pitch dark inside ( obviously ) but the thing is, the ushers and the staff didn’t even have torch lights. ( ) Although the multiplex had a backup generator, it was non-functional..

Now, one of the movie-buff called the Police control room and the Vile Parle Police soon reached there ( So un-filmy na :> ) Well, as soon as they reached, they pulled out their secret weapons and then there was light Well, kinda… They urged their patrons to use their respective mobile phones and find a way out by formaing a human chain.

The Police then arrested the security supervisor Arvind Narottamdas Tatagar, 45, and watchman Sunil Shardaprasad Sharma, for negligence (under Section 336 of the Indian Penal Code). The duo was produced in a local court on Monday and released on bail.
